You’ll greet guests with a smile, take their orders accurately, handle payments, and keep things moving smoothly during busy rushes. Beyond the register, you’ll help maintain the flow of service by packaging orders, restocking drinks, and supporting the team wherever needed.

We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented who enjoys connecting with customers and being part of a close-knit crew.

Typical schedule: Weekends and select weekdays.
Typical hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM during food cart operations.
Outdoor, fast-paced environment — must be comfortable working around grills, customers, and background music.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with customers in a positive, upbeat way
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
  • Handle cash, card, and app-based payments securely
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Assist with bagging and packaging meals for guests
  • Communicate with the kitchen and grill team during busy times
  • Restock drinks and utensils as needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math and cash-handling ability
  • Able to stand for long periods in outdoor conditions
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Must be 16 years or older
  • Food handling or restaurant experience a plus (training provided)
